Ski Butlers delivers your selected ski or snowboard package directly to your Vail accommodation at your scheduled delivery window between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. A technician professionally fits each renter's boots, skis or snowboard, and poles on-site, bringing a variety of boot sizes to guarantee a comfortable fit for everyone in your group. For equipment adjustments, call or text to arrange a meeting at the resort base or your accommodation. You're also welcome to switch between skiing and snowboarding during your rental, inventory permitting. Once fitted, you're ready to hit the slopes for your full rental period. Performance and High Performance ski packages feature Rossignol equipment. At the end of your rental, simply leave the equipment out for pickup between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on your final day - no return trip to a shop required. Premium: Wagner skis designed exclusively for Ski Butlers.
High Performance: top-of-the-line demo skis for intermediate to expert skiers, including powder and all-mountain options.
Performance: all-around, all-mountain skis for beginner to intermediate skiers.
First Timer: softer, more forgiving skis for first-time and true beginner skiers.
Tweener: skis for intermediate to advanced skiers aged 8–16.
Junior: skis for children aged 12 and under.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time carry no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Is damage coverage included?
