• Weather Policy: Charters operate at the captain's discretion and may be rescheduled or canceled for unsafe sea conditions or severe weather. In case of a captain-certified weather cancellation, you will receive a full refund or a flexible rescheduling option. Your crew monitors marine forecasts closely and will notify you 2 to 4 hours before departure if any adjustments are needed; heavy tropical rain alone does not cancel a trip if sea conditions are safe.
• Food & Beverages: Your charter includes standard fresh snacks, seasonal fruit, water, sodas, and cold beverages as described. Specialized meal plans or certified menus for strict religious, cultural, or lifestyle dietary restrictions (including Kosher, Halal, strict veganism, or severe food allergies) are not prepared. If you have specific dietary requirements, you are welcome to bring your own preferred food and drinks on board; custom food options are not grounds for refunds or discounts.
• Punctuality & No-Shows: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you arrive late, your tour time may be shortened to keep a safe, timely return to port, and the charter rate remains the same. Bookings are considered a no-show 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time if no communication is received, and no-shows are non-refundable. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you are running late.
• Safety & Capacity: Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided for all passengers and their use is mandatory whenever directed by the captain or crew. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Swimming ability is highly recommended for snorkeling and beach activities. For comfort and safety on board, maximum capacity is strictly limited to 6 passengers.
• Onboard Rules: No glass containers are allowed on board; plastic bottles, cans, or reusable cups only. Beer and wine in moderation are welcome; no hard liquor is permitted. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is generally prohibited for the safety of the vessel. Please look but do not touch marine life; sustainable, catch-and-release practices are strictly enforced for all billfish (Sailfish/Marlin).
• Payment & Cancellation: A 24-hour notice prior to departure is required for a full refund (outside of captain-certified weather cancellations). Your final passenger count must be confirmed 24 hours before the trip.
• Communication: Your captain maintains direct communication before and during your trip. WhatsApp is highly preferred for quick weather updates, location pins, and final coordination.

We anchor off the beach so you can enjoy snorkeling on the reefs, swimming, and a lunch served over the water at the floating restaurant in a unique tropical setting, before exploring islands such as Gitana, Cedros, San Lucas, and Muertos, among others.

Return to the bay
Cruise back to Herradura Bay enjoying the coastal views. The perfect moment to relax on board, enjoy a cold drink, and take in the scenery before disembarking.

Back to shore, where your trip ends.

Estimated price: $950 USD, up to 4 people -- Full Day, departs 7:00 AM from Playa Herradura. Extra person: $50 USD per person, up to 6 people maximum.

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your trip. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice receive a 70% refund. Changes are subject to availability.

All charters operate at the Captain's discretion. Your activity may be rescheduled or canceled if sea conditions are unsafe or in the case of severe weather — in that case, you may choose between a full refund or a flexible rescheduling option. Marine forecasts are monitored closely, and you'll be notified approximately 2 to 4 hours before departure if any adjustments are necessary. Heavy tropical rain alone does not automatically cancel the activity when sea conditions remain safe. In the case of a declared national weather emergency, you'll be informed and can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
