Your sacred journey begins in a serene natural setting, where a dome-shaped sweat lodge awaits, built in honor of the womb of Mother Earth. Here, volcanic stones—lovingly called “Abuelitas”—are heated in a sacred fire for over two hours. When you arrive, the ceremony will begin in silence, grounding you in intention.
As the stones are brought in, they are doused with herbal infusions, releasing healing steam. Inside, you’ll be guided through four cycles—each representing one of the sacred elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. During each cycle, prayers, sacred chants, and breathwork invite release, purification, and spiritual expansion.
Medicine men and women lead the group through a heartfelt ritual, helping you let go of what no longer serves you and receive clarity, connection, and renewal. It’s a ceremony of community, transformation, and deep inner work.

• Temazcal is a traditional fire and steam ceremony, and weather conditions may affect its safety.
• Light rain does not cancel the ceremony; in fact, it is considered a blessing.
• In cases of severe weather (such as heavy storms, lightning, or flooding), the ceremony may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
• If we cancel due to weather, your deposit will be applied to a future ceremony.
• If you choose not to attend due to weather but the ceremony proceeds as planned, the standard cancellation policy applies.
