Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge or loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the experience cost. Reservations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to weather are only permitted if rain is forecast. Same-day cancellations due to weather are allowed until 12:00 PM without penalty. Cancellations up to 4 hours before the experience incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 4 hours, refusal to participate, or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100%. If guests cancel on the day of the experience and reschedule for the following day, a 50% operational fee applies in addition to the regular price.
