On the day of your booking, your equipment is delivered directly to your accommodation or a convenient meeting point. A professional fitting ensures your boots are comfortable and your skis or snowboard are perfectly adjusted, setting you up for a smooth day on the slopes.

Once you’re ready, head straight to the mountain and enjoy your day without worrying about logistics. No lines, no carrying heavy gear—just pure skiing or snowboarding from your first run to your last.

At the end of your day, simply leave the equipment ready for collection. The team will handle pickup and return, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your winter getaway without any added stress.

Plans change—cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Late cancellations may be charged one full day per person.

This experience runs rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that may impact safety, the activity may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund or alternative arrangements provided.
