Your Sayulita temazcal ceremony experience begins with a welcoming introduction where the facilitator explains the meaning and process of the traditional temazcal or inipi ceremony. Participants are invited to ask questions and prepare mentally for the ritual.
Inside the traditional sweat lodge, heated volcanic stones are placed at the center while water is poured over them to produce cleansing steam. During the Sayulita temazcal ceremony experience, participants sit together in the warm space, breathing deeply while guided through moments of reflection, chanting, and sharing.
