Accommodation Access & Booking Confirmation: This service takes place at your accommodation and requires coordination with your host. Your booking will remain pending until access, timing, and any necessary arrangements have been confirmed.

On Your Arrival Day:
We specialize in pre arrival delivery - Arrive, unlock the door, and start your stay immediately. Your gear will be neatly placed, assembled, and staged inside (typically in the main entryway or primary living area, unless otherwise requested).
We can also deliver direct to you after you have arrived, and demonstrate how to use each item.
Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a text or notification with delivery confirmation.
Inspected & Sanitized: Every item arrives professionally cleaned, sanitized with family-safe products, and safety-checked before delivery.
On Departure Day
Effortless Checkout: No need to wait around for a pickup driver. Before checking out (by 10:00 AM on your departure date), simply gather all rented items, accessories, and manuals, and place them back by the front interior entryway where you found them. We will arrive to pick them up and send you communication on our arrival time.
- Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off
- All equipment rentals have a mandatory 3-day minimum rental charge. You are welcome to rent items for 1 or 2 days, but the standard 3-day rate will apply.
- To have your items waiting inside your vacation home before you arrive, please provide the following at checkout or at least 24 hours before your delivery date: your full street address and unit/lot # (including subdivision or resort community name), your home entry instructions (smart keypad code, deadbolt combination, or lockbox code), and your preferred placement of items (for example, "Leave in the main entryway" or "Set up in the ground-floor nursery").
- Bookings must be finalized at least 24 hours before check-in. Delivery is available 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- Before checking out, please gather all rented items, accessories, and manuals and place them back by the front interior entryway by 10:00 AM on your departure date (or leave them in the agreed secure indoor area).
- Please report any preexisting issues within 2 hours of arrival. You are responsible for returning items in clean, working condition; lost items, missing parts, or unreturned accessories will incur replacement fees.
