The Private Snorkeling Isla Mujeres Tour begins with a short boat ride from the marina before reaching the island's beautiful reef system. The captain and certified snorkeling guide provide assistance throughout the experience, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced snorkelers.

Each snorkeling stop offers something different, from the calm waters of El Farito to the colorful coral formations of Manchones Reef and the remarkable underwater sculptures at MUSA. Along the way, guests may encounter tropical fish, stingrays, turtles, octopus, lobsters, and many other marine species depending on conditions.

• No snorkeling experience is required.
• Life jackets must be worn during the tour.
• Guests should provide the number of participants, preferred departure time, and travel date when booking.
• Children are welcome.
• Transportation to the meeting point is not included.
• The captain will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time.

Departure
Meet at the marina before boarding your private boat. The captain and certified guide provide a safety briefing before departure.

Stop 1 – El Farito
Begin at the shallow reef of El Farito, an excellent snorkeling location for beginners with calm, clear water and colorful marine life.

Stop 2 – Manchones Reef
Continue to Manchones Reef to explore one of Isla Mujeres' largest living coral reef systems filled with tropical fish and coral formations.

Stop 3 – MUSA Underwater Museum
Finish the snorkeling adventure at the famous Museo Subacuático de Arte (MUSA), where underwater sculptures have become thriving artificial reefs supporting marine conservation.

Return
Relax during the boat ride back to the marina while enjoying refreshments.

For all cancellations, an administrative fee of $8 USD will be deducted to cover internal handling costs. If the guest cancels 30 days or more before the reservation date, a full refund will be issued, minus the processing fee (charged by the payment platform) and the $8 USD admin fee. If the guest cancels up to 7 days before the reservation date, 90% of the total amount will be refunded (minus the $8 USD admin fee). If the guest cancels between 7 days and 24 hours before the reservation date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded (minus the $8 USD admin fee). If the guest cancels within 24 hours of the reservation, no refund will be issued. If the guest wishes to reschedule, the request will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the reservation cannot be rescheduled, the guest will receive a full refund.

This experience will only be canceled if the port is officially closed by the Port Authority, which is the highest local maritime authority.If the experience cannot take place due to a port closure, guests will receive a full refund.
