Upon arrival, your certified bilingual guide will lead you into the heart of the rainforest. Towering trees, dense foliage, and tangled vines greet you as the trail winds through primary forest—untouched and rich with biodiversity.
You’ll walk at a moderate pace, pausing often to spot wildlife like spider monkeys, coatis, howler monkeys, and the colorful scarlet macaws. The guide will share insights about the ecosystem, animal behaviors, and the region’s conservation efforts.
Around midday, you’ll enjoy a break near the ranger station, where bathrooms and showers are available. Depending on the group and conditions, the hike may include multiple loops or routes to increase your chances of sightings.
