Private Charter (Up to 6 Guests): $800 USD in total
Additional Guests: $62 USD per additional person
For all cancellations, an administrative fee of $8 USD will be deducted to cover internal handling costs. If the guest cancels 30 days or more before the reservation date, they will receive a full refund, minus processing fee (charged by the payment platform) and the $8 USD admin fee. If the guest cancels up to 7 days before the reservation date, 90% of the total amount will be refunded (minus the $8 USD admin fee). If the guest cancels between 7 days and 24 hours before the reservation date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded (minus the $8 USD admin fee). If the guest cancels within 24 hours of the reservation, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the reservation must be canceled and cannot be rescheduled, the guest will receive a full refund.
The cruise operates year-round and is only canceled if the Port Authority officially closes the harbor. If cancellation is necessary due to port closure, guests receive a full refund.
