Park City Tour: Olympic Park, Snowshoe & Historic Main Street

The day begins with a snowshoe through Round Valley, a beautiful and secluded trail surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains on one side and the Uinta Mountains on the other. The 1.5-mile round-trip trail follows gentle grades through pristine natural terrain, making it accessible for a wide range of fitness levels. During the off-season when snow is absent, the snowshoe segment becomes a scenic 2-mile loop hike with 360-degree views over Deer Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir.

After the trail, the tour moves into the historic heart of Park City. A visit to the Park City History Museum covers the city's remarkable rise from silver mining boomtown to world-class ski resort, with exhibits spanning its colorful and storied past. The group then walks Historic Main Street, pausing at the iconic Egyptian Theater -- one of the original Sundance Film Festival venues -- before stopping at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for a warming cup of hot chocolate.

The tour concludes at Glenwood Cemetery, one of the most evocative historic sites in Park City. Set within a beautiful Aspen forest, this landmark cemetery dates primarily to the 1800s and holds the stories of the city's earliest residents. Pickup and drop-off is available from downtown Salt Lake City or from two central Park City locations.
