If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
