From there, you’ll enjoy a scenic 10–20 minute walk along a peaceful trail leading to a secluded plateau. As you walk, panoramic views of Park City and the Heber Valley unfold, creating a sense of calm and anticipation for the practice ahead.
Upon arrival, your instructor will have thoughtfully arranged your yoga mats in a serene outdoor setting. The session begins with a grounding moment, allowing you to connect with your breath, body, and surroundings before moving into a guided yoga flow. The practice is tailored to all levels and focuses on mindful movement, balance, and relaxation.

We are in a mountain environment and weather can always be an issue. We will work with you to make changes if weather becomes a problem. We will always have an indoor option for you. But changes due to weather need to be finalized 48 hours before your event. Otherwise we are subject to availability as well as the standing cancelation policy.
