• Hair must be completely dry
• No creams, oils, serums, waxes, or pomades in hair
• Hair should be washed 8 hours prior to the appointment
• Guests with naturally curly hair must arrive with hair pre-straightened or curled unless purchasing the additional heat styling service
• Hotel entry fees (if applicable) must be covered by the client

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

•If the service is canceled 48 hours or more before the appointment, a full refund will be issued.•If canceled 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the payment will be refunded.•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions that prevent the service from being performed or pose a risk to anyone involved, the service will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
