Your luxury yacht charter begins at the agreed meeting point, whether a hotel beach, a marina, or another designated location, where a tender boat transfers you to the 40-foot Martini luxury yacht. Once on board, a brief safety orientation gets you ready before cruising through the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Papagayo. Relax in the air-conditioned interior with comfortable seating, a TV, Starlink Wi-Fi, and a luxury cabin with a comfortable bed, or head to the sun deck to enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. During the charter, swim, snorkel, and explore beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. Snacks, dips, fresh fruit, and a full drink selection are on board throughout the day, with an onboard barbecue on the full-day charter.

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled charter. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full amount with no refund. Not showing up on the day of the tour is treated as a no-show and charged in full. You may change the date up to 48 hours before the tour.
This activity operates rain or shine. However, if adverse weather or sea conditions affect the safety of the tour, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled. This applies only when the National Meteorological Institute, the Coast Guard, or the appropriate maritime authorities issue an official weather or navigation alert, or when dangerous conditions such as high waves, strong winds, storms, or other unsafe sea conditions prevent the safe operation of the vessel. If a cancellation is due to these conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule your charter, receive a full refund, or choose an alternative experience, subject to availability.
