Planning a kosher-friendly stay in Orlando just got a whole lot easier. Claudia offers a fully personalized event coordination Orlando and concierge service tailored to Jewish travelers and residents -- from stocking your vacation rental with certified kosher groceries to coordinating every detail of your Yom Tov or Shabbat celebration.

Services span the full scope of a stress-free visit: kosher grocery shopping and delivery, complete pantry and fridge setup at your accommodation, Yom Tov and Shabbat supply coordination, paper goods and elegant disposable tableware, appliance rentals, housekeeping coordination, personal chef referrals, Tevilah (Toivel) services, and full event and vacation planning. Whatever your kosher lifestyle requires, Claudia sources it, delivers it, and sets it up -- so you can focus on your trip.

Available Sunday through Friday (not available Shabbat/Saturday), the service requires a 3-hour minimum booking at $60 per hour -- with Claudia driving directly to your vacation rental or hotel anywhere in the Orlando area. For time-sensitive Yom Tov or Shabbat orders, book at least 48 hours in advance.

This service will include:

• Delivery
• Refrigerator and freezer organization/setup
• Coordination and communication related to your order

When sending your shopping list, please include:

• Whether you require Cholov Yisroel or non-Cholov Yisroel products
• Whether you require Pas Yisroel products
• Exact quantities and sizes whenever possible

• Groceries are sourced from Winn-Dixie for strict kosher items, and Walmart, Publix, or Trader Joe's for other kosher-friendly items
• If a requested item is unavailable, you'll be contacted with substitute options before your order is finalized
• Please specify all kosher certification requirements and dietary restrictions at booking
• Food allergy information must be provided in advance
• The grocery cost is separate from the delivery fee. Guests will be sent an invoice for the grocery total.
• Service available Sunday-Friday only (not available on Shabbat/Saturday)

Additional hours $60 USD per hour

Delivery available to Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Miami, Florida, USA -- travel time is calculated from Orlando and may affect additional-hour charges for farther locations

Cancellation a week before incurs 100 USD non refundable. Up to 3 days 50% refundable. Day of booking, non refundable.Changes should be made up to 3 days in advance.
