Horseback Journey Through Canyons and Ranch Feast

Enjoy a scenic horseback adventure through the most impressive canyon landscapes near San Miguel de Allende. After a short riding introduction, you’ll set out on an exclusive route that climbs to the top of the canyon, offering sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Ride alongside the river on open stretches ideal for gentle galloping, then continue along paths framed by dramatic rock walls rising up to 50 meters high. A rest stop allows time to relax, take photos, and soak in the natural surroundings. For those seeking extra adventure, an optional rappel descent is available.

The experience concludes back at the ranch with a hearty homemade meal, featuring fresh tortillas cooked on the comal, ranch cheese, organic beans, quesadillas, nopales, rice, salsas, guacamole, and other traditional dishes.
