Reasons That “Do Not” Justify Cancellation:The following reasons are not considered valid for cancellation:● Weather Conditions: Including rain, wind, cloudy day with an open port.● Personal Discomfort: Such as feeling seasick or cold during the activity.Valid Reasons for Cancellation:Guests may cancel their reservation under the following circumstances:● Medical Reasons: If a guest falls ill and provides a valid medical certificate justifying their condition, they will be eligible for a 100% refund.● Notification Policy: Guests must notify us of their cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity to qualify for a refund.● Cancellation Before 24 Hours: No charge, and a full refund will be provided.● Cancellation After 24 Hours: A 50% fee will be applied to the ticket price.● No Shows: If a guest fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up time, they will not be eligible for a refund.● Late Cancellation (within 24 hours before the activity): A 50% fee will apply.Rescheduling Policy:Guests may reschedule their reservation under the following conditions:● Rescheduling Before 24 Hours: No additional charge.● Rescheduling After No Show or Past 24 Hours: A 50% fee will be applied to the original ticket price, plus the cost of the new ticket.Company-Initiated Cancellation:The company reserves the right to cancel the trip under the following circumstances:● Mechanical Issues: If there are engine failures or other technical issues that compromise the safety of the trip.● Guests will be eligible for a full 100% refund.Important Note Regarding Medical Refunds:If you cancel or reschedule due to illness, a valid medical certificate is required to process a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timing.

Additionally, weather conditions at sea can vary significantly from those on land, adding complexity to predictions.Company-Initiated Cancellation Due to Weather:The company may cancel the activity if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our team or if the port authority issues an official notice closing the port, making ocean diving activities prohibited.● In such cases, guests will receive a full 100% refund.
