Choose your van size and reserve online. On pickup day, bring your driver's license, proof of insurance, and a valid credit card. Review the requirements for your rental type (age, ID, deposit) in advance so pickup is quick. If you're arriving by air, a complimentary shuttle can bring you from the airport to the rental office -- just call the number provided after collecting your luggage.

All drivers must be at least 21 years old.
A valid, government-issued driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
Additional drivers must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
International renters must provide a valid passport and purchase the required insurance coverage unless they can verify full automobile coverage in the United States.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
Debit card and cash payments require additional identification, insurance verification, contact information, and a security deposit.
Restrictions
Vehicles may only travel within the continental United States and cannot enter Canada or Mexico.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
Documented service animals are permitted.
Vehicles cannot be altered in any way.
Towing is only permitted with selected 15-passenger vans and a small single-axle trailer weighing no more than 2,500 lbs.
Prepaid cards and personal or handwritten checks are not accepted.
15 PAX Van - USD $140 per day (plus taxes and operational fees)
12 PAX Van - USD $130 per day (plus taxes and operational fees)
7 PAX Van - USD $75 per day (plus taxes and operational fees)
15 PAX Sprinter - USD $360 per day (plus taxes and operational fees)
If arriving from Airport there's an additional 10% airport fee from the total.
Full Coverage Protection (FC): $89 per day — Mandatory for international renters and local renters who do not have their own insurance coverage.
All reservations require a $100 prepayment. Sprinter and Mega Transit rentals require a $500 prepayment. Cancellations made at least 14 days before pickup receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of pickup, the prepayment becomes a non-expiring credit toward a future rental. Reservations made within 14 days of pickup may be cancelled for a full refund before the end of the business day on which they were booked.
7, 12, and 15-passenger vans, including luxury 15-passenger Sprinter minibuses -- all well maintained and assigned exclusively to your reservation.
