You arrive just before sunset into a candlelit spa reserved exclusively for Internal Tides guests. After check-in, you’re welcomed with a refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail and invited to begin moving through the space at your own pace.
The evening unfolds slowly. You may float in the pool, move between sauna and steam, or sit quietly by the water. There is no fixed schedule and no announcements — you choose how the night moves. Your access includes the full spa: pool, jacuzzi, herbal steam, and sauna.
As you relax, live movement performers drift through the space, adding a subtle, grounding layer to the atmosphere. Nearby, the open kitchen comes alive. Guests are invited to watch the chefs prepare the evening’s meal in real time, creating an immersive and ambient culinary experience. If you arrive hungry, a light amuse-bouche may be offered early.
Mocktails continue throughout the night, paired with ambient sound and candlelight. Conversation stays low. Silence is welcome.
At 9:30 PM, guests are gently invited to the table for a plated dinner. The menu is light, mineral-forward, and seafood-led—perfectly aligned with the calming experience of the evening.
After dinner, there is no formal ending. Some guests return to the spa, others linger at the table or by the pool. You leave when you feel complete.
