Arrive at Silver Springs State Park and prepare for an adventure through one of Florida's most scenic spring systems. After a brief safety orientation and paddle lesson, you'll launch into remarkably clear water surrounded by towering cypress trees and lush natural landscapes.

As your Silver Springs gator tour begins, your guide will lead you through quiet waterways known for their abundant wildlife. The transparent kayak provides exceptional visibility, allowing guests to see aquatic life below while scanning the shoreline for alligators and other animals.

Alligators are frequently observed resting along the riverbanks or moving calmly through the water. In addition to gators, guests often encounter turtles, fish, wading birds, and occasionally manatees or rhesus monkeys. Guides maintain safe viewing distances while sharing educational information about the ecosystem and wildlife behavior.

The route follows portions of the historic Fort King Waterway, where ancient forests and remnants of old movie sets create a unique atmosphere. Complimentary photos are captured throughout the tour whenever conditions allow.

Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. In the case of inclement weather, we will first try to reschedule. If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
