Step into the ice bath experience designed to refresh your body and reset your mind. Guided by our team, you’ll learn breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and prepare you for the cold. Many are surprised by how they feel during the breathing as we practice breath holds and slight hyperventilation. Sometimes you'll feel light-headed or tingly....but it's very normal. After you exit the ice bath, most people feel a surge of energy, mental clarity, and deep calm afterward.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. Up to 2 hours before the session for a 50% refund or to reschedule for another day at no additional cost. Within 2 hours of the session there will be no refund.
