Accommodation Access & Booking Confirmation: This service takes place at your accommodation and requires coordination with your host. Your booking will remain pending until access, timing, and any necessary arrangements have been confirmed.
Transform your Tulum stay into a celebration with our premium balloon decorations. Whether it’s a birthday, proposal, or anniversary, our setup team will arrive and create a fully customized arrangement before your arrival or during your stay.
The Standard Decoration Package includes:
-
15 helium balloons (9”) — floating beautifully
-
15 regular balloons (9”) — for floor coverage
-
"Happy Birthday" letter banner (16”) — choose gold, silver, or pink. Please note that if the event is a bachelorette party, "Happy Birthday" letters can be replaced with "Bride" (32”) or "Bride to be" (16”) letters for the same price.
-
Personalized color palette — choose up to 3 balloon colors
We offer add-ons like name or number balloons, rose bouquets, and decorative petals for an extra personal touch.
Setups are done indoors only, typically taking 1 hour. We’ll coordinate access with your host or yourself based on your preferences and instructions.
- Standard Balloon Decoration Package
- Decorations cannot be done outdoors (beach, terrace, or pool area).
- We are not responsible for damages caused by heat, humidity, or guests touching or moving the balloons after setup.
