Airport Arrivals - Picking you up from the airport: When selecting your pickup time, please choose the time you expect to be ready to meet your driver - after completing all airport procedures including baggage claim, immigration (if applicable), customs (if applicable), and walking to the meeting point. Your selected pickup time is not your scheduled flight arrival time.
Airport Departures - Taking you to the airport: Please select a pickup time that allows you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before a domestic flight or 3 hours before an international flight.
All vehicles and drivers are permitted and authorized to conduct business in the greater Orlando area, including Orange and Osceola Counties, as well as Port Canaveral.
We service any address in Florida, all attractions, cruise terminals and all transportation arrival destinations such as: Orlando International Airport, Port Canaveral, Sanford/Orlando International Airport, Orlando Executive Airport, Kissimmee Municipal Airport or Amtrak. We are also available for proms, weddings, birthdays or a special night out.

Delay Policy
- Chauffeurs provide a 30-minute grace period after flight arrival for airport pickups.
- If no contact is made within the 30-minute waiting period, the reservation may be marked as a no-show.
- Flights are actively monitored to help accommodate airline delays whenever possible.
- Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may affect scheduling or availability.
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, all luggage must be stored in the vehicle’s trunk or designated cargo area. Luggage is not permitted inside the passenger seating area.
