There will be a 100% refund for any tour that is cancelled by The Living Water Boat Cruises due to inclement weather. We do go out in cooler weather and provide blankets. Customers who cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee per our policy. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF CRUISE. If cancellation is necessary with less than 48hrs notice (due to sickness or unforeseen circumstance) a digital gift card will be issued towards a future tour IF the primary guests calls to notify us prior to arrival. If a call is not made; those guests would be considered "No-Shows" and would not be eligible for a gift card. If a gift card is issued, it will cover the cost of individuals tickets, will never expire, will be transferrable and can be used toward any tour in the future.
This experience runs rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that may impact safety, the activity may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund or alternative arrangements provided.
